Shipping
Shipping Information
When will my package be shipped
- In-stock items shipped in 1-3 business days
- Custom items shipped in 3-5 business days
- You will be advised of shipping confirmation & tracking information when shipped
- We do not take responsibility for late arrivals due to shipping delays
What if the package does not arrive?
- We will contact Canada Post with the tracking number to investigate
- If the investigation provides definitive proof the package was delivered to your home, no further action will be taken
- If the investigation provides definitive proof the package was not delivered to your home, we will gladly refund your money or resend the item
